1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeonPlay.click ("NeonPlay," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors and users of NeonPlay.

3. Nature of Service — No Real Money

NeonPlay is a free social gaming platform. All games on NeonPlay are offered strictly for entertainment purposes. The following is absolutely clear:

• No real money is involved in any game on NeonPlay
• No purchase is necessary to access or play any game
• No prizes, cash, or real-world rewards of any kind are offered
• Virtual currency used within games has zero real-world monetary value
• Virtual currency cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money or anything of value
• NeonPlay does not constitute gambling under any applicable law

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use NeonPlay to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to access the platform
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NeonPlay, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to NeonPlay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. Third-party game content remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeonPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of NeonPlay is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeonPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of NeonPlay shall not exceed $100.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NeonPlay shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that can be brought in small claims court.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of NeonPlay after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
